Explosion in front of Trump Hotel

I was going to post more about Flight 2216, but given the news today, will return to that later.

I described in my 12/30 letter to Stern & Stern that I cannot be unavailable to work on January 6th. Particularly given the date itself, a date of potential news as the anniversary of the Capitol insurrection.

I have no idea if there will be an incident in NYC that day, but if so would presumably be at Trump Tower. However, just a couple days after my letter, was there an incident at a similar location, a Trump hotel in Las Vegas.

The hotel entrance, as we can see, looks similar to the one at Trump Tower NYC:

In fact, I was sent as cameraperson for the story, to Trump Tower NYC. Here is a photo I took on my phone while there.

At around that time, Angela was publishing the previously-written blog post about Flight 2216. Terrible events, however, are occurring faster than they can be published. Me being sent to Trump Tower seems to confirm that I cannot fail to be available to work, should another one occur next Monday. Thus do I reiterate my request for an adjournment that day.

I will try to have another post published later today (Thursday), regarding some of the previous terrible events.
