Shooting of 9 and 11 year old girls in NYC over the weekend

Vasek buildings are number 9 and 11, at Third Street. Multiple times have they been warned that harm will come to innocent people, the longer this case continues. This is due to fraught symbolism at their residences, including 9/11. A family with a firefighter and police officers will not be aware of this but somehow fail to acknowledge this. 

Thus can we accurately conclude they fail to acknowledge many things, including that this case qualifies for Impossibility / Vis Major / Acts of God or similar designation.
